First Time

This is my first time written in english , broken english. My tears keep on flooding these few days, Disappointed, Lost and Sad.
First time
~ My Boss told me : Your performance in these two years not really obvious. So ? Hey, Boss what do you think a Sales Admin can perform a well results in Sales Department ? In fact , im the sales support all the sales quotation, all the sales material, i prepared but with your name , with all those so called sales person's name. How you wanna see my performance?
Hard to believe that all the above its came out from your mouth, even others department colleague ( just one person , i told her the story ) also hard to believe its u. " Oh god , really ? He said like tat to you ? eh, he is good boss, everyone in this company envy that you have good boss. "
" Friend, i know. But the fact is , yes its Him . He told me this. "

Wai said its time for you leaving this company , no point u stayed at here. Even in future ,they adjust Rm 500 more also useless, because he really me. He is the only boss that i respect instead of others bosses in this company, cz he is the one who really care about us. But Finally , what im see from start till now, only i realized that is fake~

~ First Time
i try to write down my expected adjustment Salary , but he told : " Siew Lee , you r not worth to pay on this price . " if i give you what you expected its seem like very " sui bian (Easy)". Ok , when i write in my expected salary i already expected that u will reduce the the figure , but unexpected was ~~ i will not adjust the pay for you due to your performance not so obvious , so , i only will give you merit marks as encouragement. Hey , my dear boss merit marks , cannot change to my eat , drink, wears, mileage fees etc. Merit Marks cannot make my mum feel that i love her. Boss , you know how hurt am i when u said like that ?

~ First Time
I written in "Threaten" , job scope too wide, unable to concentrated in major one or two. Sometimes , OT till 11pm, due to Can Finish Work .

Siew Lee , you r wrong, this is not company give you the "Threaten" but its you dunno how to manage all those work in one day ?
Execuse me, Boss. If you willing to change to my place work as Sales Admin in "your " company, then only you know hw many job u need to assist to ??
